星期六他跟其他天蠍座的朋友打生日盃(廣東麻雀), alan特意去5樓訂生日蛋糕, 去拿蛋糕時, 看到waiter拿著一碟天使麵, 便問老板娘是甚麼, 知道後回來即跟我說此事, 好吧, 星期日一早訂位. 是晚食了甚麼呢?
食飯前先來一張等食照.
當然是先來麵包, 白包+麥包+提子花生包, 是晚每人吃了一客.
看相他一點都不像10日前醫院做了全身麻醉手術.
alan點了4-course, 先來沙律: 帶子沙律, 之前食過, 水準依舊超得.
我點了6-course 神秘 tasting menu, 一樣是先來沙律: 溫泉蛋馬介休沙律.
撥開上面的雜菜就可以清楚看到蛋. 好味, 不過如果溫泉蛋可以熱一點就perfect.
tasting menu第二道: 賣飛佛 - 鵝肝. 先食鵝肝, 然後吃芒果清清味覺, 再吃迷你鴨肉卷, 整多條就差不多.
鵝肝close-up: 好得, 冇筋.
alan第二道: 海鮮湯, 上次亦飲過, 一樣普通, 甜味是由雜菜搭夠, 不是海鮮.
我的第三道: 雜菜清雞湯, 上次tasting menu一樣都是這個, 都是一樣普通, 坦白說史雲生更有雞味.
我的第四道: 黑豬, 已經是第三次食呢道菜, 第一次食驚為天人, 第二次大失水準, 今次回復水準, 煎得剛好, 超juicy超嫰, 跟alan研究可能上次太多客兼顧不來, 今次得幾檯客, 廚師更有心機慢慢做好.
alan期待已久的主菜終於上場 - 蟹粉天使麵, 看來勁多蟹糕勁creamy.
alan吃完一口又來"唔....唔..."的呻吟聲. 雖然有點蟹殼及比想像中少蟹粉, 但味道確實一流.
我的第五道: 海鮮扁意粉, 用了mussels做主角, 勁juicy, perfect.
最後當然是甜品時間.
alan點的是栗子pancake+黑芝麻gelato, pancake偏多油, 只算普通.
我特別要求要檸檬批+桃味雪糕, 兩者超夾.
食完埋單$1100...偶爾豪少少, 加上alan鍾意在所不計.

How's Alan? I have the same problem 3 years ago, and I even cried for the pain as it was really really painful,and the doctor also offered the same 2 options..I was 28 only at that time..finally, I decided not to have operation...and I just receive physiotherapy intensively for a few months ....and I am alright now...but sometimes still feel little pain, I will then take medicine....anyway, remember to protect his waist..

Alan is recovering now, can do almost anything except sports and housework which requires strength from waist. Happy to hear that you're alright now. Having operation was the only option for Alan, so you can guess how serious he is. Take care too!
