格林美提名解讀

第51屆格林美音樂大獎提名名單剛剛出爐, 得到最多8項提名的是rapper Lil' Wayne, rap素來不是小弟聽歌的類別, 所以沒有comment, 另外coldplay有7項提名 (意料之內), 較爆冷的是Ne-yo有6項.

先講大獎Record of the Year:
Chasing Pavements - Adele (聽過一次, 不是小弟那杯茶)
Viva La Vida - Coldplay (可以大膽講句, 贏硬)
Bleeding Love - Leona Lewis (被提名不意外, 不過贏面甚微)
Paper Planes - M.I.A (sorry我覺得好難聽, 唔識欣賞)
Please Read The Letter - Robert Plant & Alison Krauss (未聽過)

Album of the Year:
Viva La Vida Or Death And All His Friends - Coldplay (大熱門)
Tha Carter III - Lil Wayne (未聽過)
Year Of The Gentleman - Ne-Yo (提名已經當贏左)

In Rainbows - Radiohead (對上一次聽radiohead已經係97年的OK Computer

Best New Artist:
Adele - (bluegrass/jazz從來都是評判的favourite, 有機會贏)
Duffy - (有個人風格, 我buy)
Jonas Brothers - (只能說是靚妹的飛佛)
Lady Antebellum - (唔識)
Jazmine Sullivan - (黑馬, 贏面不大)

Best Female Pop Vocal Performance
Chasing Pavements - Adele (都係那句, 唔鍾意)
Love Song - Sara Bareilles (有提名當贏)
Mercy - Duffy (我幾睇好)
Bleeding Love - Leona Lewis (3項提名贏面最大係呢個, 不過應該都係輸)
I Kissed A Girl - Katy Perry (有提名當贏)
So What - Pink (應該唔夠duffy鬥)

Best Pop Vocal Album
Detours - Sheryl Crow (冇聽過, 但佢不嬲都係評審飛佛, 所以機會都大)
Rockferry - Duffy (有點冷門)
Long Road Out Of Eden - Eagles (都有機會)
Spirit - Leona Lewis (輸梗)
Covers - James Taylor (雖然未聽過, 不過總覺得機會不大)

Best Female R&B Vocal Performance
Me, Myself And I - Beyoncé (5年前的歌都可以入圍, 咩道理???)
Heaven Sent - Keyshia Cole (喜歡Keyshia, 但贏面低)
Spotlight - Jennifer Hudson (其實歌/唱都很普通)
Superwoman - Alicia Keys (如果隻歌hit我就會貼佢)
Need U Bad - Jazmine Sullivan (都係普普通通)

意外落選名單:
Mariah Carey一個提名都冇! 連Best Female R&B Vocal Performance都冇!
Rihanna的take a bow零提名
Alicia Keys沒有大碟提名
